Join us for the final winter market of the season!!!

The White Bear Lake Winter Farmers Market is simply my favorite market to be at! It filled with passionate farmers, growers, makers and bakers! Managed by Michelle @ Forks in the Dirt, you simply cannot find a person more passionate about bringing quality local farm goods to the community!

At Fiddlehead Farm we grow a diverse line of specialty produce which includes microgreens, edible flowers, and specialty leaves and are proud to serve the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Our microgreens are grown in a controlled environment and are available year round. Our edible flowers are seasonal and grown and cared for outdoors on site using natural and organic methods,

Our clients include local restaurants and bars, caterers, bakeries, and home chefs. We take pride in being able to tailor our product selection to be able to meet a wide range of needs.

We are also active in our local community as a farm to table link by being active in and taking pride in our local farmers markets, and educating the community on health benefits of microgreens as well as how to grow them at home.

Fiddlehead Farm is your source for locally grown microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers all without the use of pesticides. We deliver to restaurants, co-ops, and home chefs throughout the Twin Cities.

Are we organic? We are not currently a certified organic farm. However, we believe in growing as naturally as possible and we adhere to natural and organic growing practices. What does that mean? It means that we always use non-GMO seeds and organic whenever possible. Our β€œsoil” or growing medium is certified organic whenever possible, and all of our root mats are composted and used in our garden and edible flower beds. Our outdoor garden beds LOVE our compost and our indoor vertical farm utilizes organic kelp for support on varieties that take longer to grow. We grow with NO NASTY TOXIC CHEMICALS.
