Blueberry Avocado Salad with Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette

Salad Ingredients
6 C Arugula
2 C Fiddlehead Farm Microgreens
1 C Blueberries
1/2 C Pecan Halves
1 Avocado Diced
Optional: Add grilled chicken
Dressing Ingredients
1 C Basil, finely chopped
1/4 C Olive Oil
2 TBSP Lemon Jiuce
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
Directions
In a large bowl gently toss together salad ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients, add water to thin out as desired
